Sony's CPD-E240 is a 17-inch monitor (16 inches viewable) that combines performance and reliability with a reasonable price tag. With a maximum resolution of 1,280 x 1,024 dpi, a virtually flat screen, and a low 0.24mm dot pitch, the E240 provides clean, crisp images for a wide variety of home and office applications. Sony's HiDensity Electron Gun with Accurate Image Restoration technology ensures that the entire screen (even the corners) will be accurately focused, while an anti-reflective, high-contrast AR screen coating cuts down on glare and eyestrain. Eight factory presets combine with a number of easy-to-use onscreen controls, such as brightness, contrast, H/V position, pin balance, and zoom, to help users get the optimal image.
