1 out of 5 stars Bad Service.......2005-04-15

I"ve run into several problems with Tracfone. The phone doesn't work if I leave the state. The people that they have answering phones talk in broken Eglish. The line itself to the Support Group was terrible and full of static and reverb. I will never go with Tracfone again.

1 out of 5 stars TracFone is BAD!!!.......2002-10-13

Let me start by saying this. TracFone is not worth the time, money, or effort to use. It's horribly expensive, the "minutes" disappear after a certain length of time, and it has NO COVERAGE WHATSOEVER! Roaming? There is no roaming with a TracFone. Sure, the phone itself was okay. It was a Nokia, they're all okay. But the service was horrid. I got the phone because I felt that I needed it in case of emergency. Well, that mergency came and went with no reception, and the TracFone went too. If you want a phone, go to T-Mobile or Verizon. They both have excellent coverage and good plans. I now have a Motorola V60 with T-Mobile, and I feel it is great. Follow me, and everything will be alright.
