The LCD screen has a 18.1-inch viewable area, with 1,280 x 1,024 maximum resolution. With brightness levels of up to 300 cd/m2, the display is crisp and flicker-free, with intuitive onscreen manager to adjust contrast, brightness, and other controls.

Ambix technology puts the monitor ahead of the game with digital or analog system capabilities, via a single DVI-I connector. An analog input is also available, via a 15-pin VGA connector, for connection with 13W3 connectors found on many Sun computers. The dual-input capabilities ensure that the monitor is compatible with today's computers and future digital output machines.

The sleek black casing and base keep the monitor stable even when the screen is tilted at its extremes, up to 85 degrees in any direction. With an extendable, height-adjustable stand, the monitor maximizes your limited desktop space.

This is a wonderful monitor... It competes with the super high end LCD's that cost several thousand dollars. The size is wonderful and the text quality is better than most CRT's. Don't be afraid to purchase this monitor, you'll be happy when you get it!

It's a pretty cool looking monitor and a great value for it's size. It says that it's like a touch screen but I haven't seen this feature. Maybe later. Haven't had problems with this monitor even though we keep it on for a long time.
