Customer Reviews:
I'm a 5- year plus TracFone User.......2005-08-29
As a senior citizen I needed an inexpensive emergency phone to carry with me when I travel. TracFone is perfect for that. It would get pretty expensive if used like a normal house phone. I only use it when I really need it and don't give my number out except when neccessary. It's also good to carry with you when working in the yard, etc. I renew my minutes once a year and most of the time TracFone gives me bonus minutes in addition to my purchase. I do have trouble when trying to add minutes on line and find it much easier to use my telephone to add minutes. I've searched for a better plan, but to date have not found one more suitable for me.

Ilike using a portable phone, that;s handy for emergency use. when away from home. It is a must traveling on highways and byways, and all those little unexpected situations a person can get into. You feel safer and it's like a friend who's there when you need them. I chose Nokia tracfone as I would only be useing it when away from home. It is handy--numbers and letters large enough for elderly to read. We have come a long way from cradle phones on the wall to handy cellular phones that can be out of site. I would like to see more done for the hard of hearing on tracfone service. Tecnology is moving so fast--hopefully it'not to far ahead. Why not offer a discount to senior citizens? It would increase sales--and they wouldn't let there tracfone cards run out. Sometimes you have to go a distance to get the cards and thats unhandy. Thank you--hope I have shed somelight on tracfone use for senior citizens Sincerely VERA SANDERS
