This case is versatile, stylish and rugged. Fits a 15.4" notebook perfectly and has enough space for all your cords and components, as well as a little space for documents, etc. I recently had something spill inside one of the pockets. The vinyl materials kept the spill contained and saved my laptop! Very grateful for that. The only downside is the shoulder strap tends to get tangled up easily. A small ptice to pay for a quality bag.

Just returned from a cross country air flight with this case. It is durable, well laid out, and a good buy. It holds a lot of stuff and I am still finding placed to put things that I had missed. I can't find a single negative thing to say about this case.

Good for Laptop, Not for "stuff" (and that's ok).......2006-05-05

Hi, I'm a student going abroad for an internship this summer. I had a bookbag, but thought that a messenger bag would be more appropriate for an intern. So I got this Targus Fusion notebook bag. Wonderful bag, I recommend it. It's black and classy enough looking to let me take it to my businessy work, but cool enough for me to take to class without looking overdone. Make sure you use it for the right purpose though - this is really a laptop oriented person's bag. It's not too great for all the "stuff" you want to carry. It's great for my laptop - fits snug, feels secure, room for all my laptop accessories (cords, camera, mouse, cds, business cards, just about everything). However, as a student, I often need to carry books and notebooks/small binders, too. The Fusion Bag isn't really suited to doing those things well - it's laptop with two legal pads or no laptop and two bigger notebooks and a single textbook.

Other tiny problems - might not be for you - the waterbottle/unbrella holder is really tiny (they mean small water bottle or really small umbrella). Also, with the strap, for over the single shoulder use it is fine, to wrap it around your back, the bag strap bunches on the little plastic square side. It would do better with a rotating clip so the strap doesn't get twisted and wrinkled.

Don't let those comments throw you, though, this is a great quality bag. It works great for my internship, and decently for classes. I would recommend it to others with the disclaimer above.
