I bought this along with the CMS data transfer kit, figuring that it would make upgrading to a larger hard disk easier. It was a nightmare, to say the least. Ended up returning both after all I got was the "blue screen of death" several times. To add insult to injury, there is no manual, no FAQs on the CMS Web site, and no toll-free assistance number (I refuse to be placed in a waiting line on a call from Massachusetts to California). I only wish there were such a thing as a 0 star rating.
