The internal Iomega 12x10x32x CD-RW drive lets you save and share original videos, audio (MP3 files), and photos on a CD. Using an internal EIDE (ATAPI) interface, this CD-RW drive delivers 32x read, 12x write, and 10x rewrite speeds as well as 20x Digital Audio Extraction (DAE) that allows it to rip an entire audio CD in just over three minutes. Compatible with high-capacity CD media, you can save 700 MB of data or 80 minutes of audio to CD. The drive also features BURN-Proof technology, which eliminates buffer-underrun errors for greater reliability and allows your computer to perform other tasks while your CD-RW drive burns a CD.
With included software, you can use your CD-RW drive to back up and archive important files or share multimedia presentations, original video, personal photos, and Internet downloads. In addition, you can record your original music on CD-R discs and play them in your home or car stereo.
