It's compatible with DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, CD-R/RW, and VCD/SVCD disc formats. It will also play back compressed MPEG4 video (including DivX) and both MP3 and WMA digital audio files. The Digital Photoview feature can combine JPEG images burned to disc with MP3 audio for a slide show with music background.
Two special functions enhance the movie experience. Scene Again allows you to review a scene at the touch of a button and the bookmarking feature enables you to insert up to 12 bookmarks to identify favorite scenes. It features zoom, slow motion, frame advance, program play and repeat modes. it provides Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 channel decoding via the optical and coaxial digital audio outputs.
