I've been a tmobile customer for over 3 years now, I switched from verizon when my bill was getting to high and they wouldn't give me a free phone. I now have 2000 minutes to talk - nobody can beat that for this price! I also wanted gsm as I do a lot of international travel. Those are all the reasons to choose t-mobile, but there are a couple of things you should know about: dropped calls. It is rare that i get through a conversation without loosing the call (with different phones) it's even more frustrating when I drive by a big outdoor sign claiming T-Mobile has the least dropped calls in NY - talk about false advertising (can some one sue them PLEASE!!! It's painful to look at.) If you want the best service go with Verizon! If you need lots of minutes and don't mind calling back about 5 times for each conversation T-Mobile is your choice, if you want GSM buy an unlocked phone for when you travel.
