Worst Service I got from Amazon.......2007-01-09
Hi,
This is the Worst Service I got from amazon.We order cingular family plan thru amazon.They sent me wrong sim cards which are named on someone else.When we called the cingular they have no clue about my account.i had to wait more than 2 weeks to resolve the issue and call the Amazon everyday.They took 2 weeks to figure our what went wrong.
Its the worst service i even i got from Amazon.And the Customer service represetatives are really stupid and dumb.I hope Amazon gives better service.
