Very Disappointed in Centon.......2006-09-16
I bought one of these flash drives at CompUSA a few months ago. The first time I used it, I was trying to move a file from one computer to another. I was able to save the file onto the flash drive, but when I plugged it into the second computer the drive must have fried itself because it did not work and has not worked since. I called Centon's customer support and had to leave a message. I got a message back that they had opened an incident report for me and to call back for resolution. I have called numerous times since and never get to speak with a live person, and they have not returned a single call. At this point I've had it with them and just want to warn others to beware of this brand.

I was looking for a USB Flash Drive and came across with this brand name. In overall, i am satisfied with this item because it's very easy to use and reliable. Technical call center is very helpful when I have questions that need to be clarified.
