I too get the "Not Charging" message on every USB port I could find with my Nokia 6682.

Didn't work with my Nokia 2126 phone, it says `Not Charging'. I have a feeling the USB isn't able to provide adequate power. Not worth sending back since the entire charge of the item was shipping. If you have this model phone (which you probably don't), skip this product. My opinion is if it doesn't work with this phone it more than likely won't work with yours since Nokia is pretty consistent with their power requirements.
