2 out of 5 stars Received Wrong Item - Twice.......2007-03-13

Bought charger stand for Palm Tungsten E2 from these folks. They sent the wrong item - twice. I gave up and bought the correct item on eBay. Hoping to get a refund from these folks some day.

1 out of 5 stars desktop cradle.......2007-01-07

Explanation was vague, the picture was not the same product. There was no " sync" button on the cradle as is common with most, making syncing more difficult

2 out of 5 stars Nice item, but I cannot use it to sync!.......2006-04-20

I recently bought this item to use between my HP laptop and my Palm TX, and it was delivered very swiftly and arrived undamaged.

I examined the Cradle thoroughly after removing it from the packaging, and saw that one photo of the item showed an LED 'pilot light' on the front of the cradle, while a different view shows the LED on the right rear top surface of the cradle; my Cradle is the latter.

This cradle is designed to be used with the Palm T5 or the TX, according to its advertising.

I could not find a Hotsync button anywhere on the cradle or its USB cable; the standard Palm Hotsync cable has a small button adjacent to where it plugs in to the base of the Palm TX; that button is utilized to initiate a Hotsync. Thus far, I cannot use this device to Hotsync between my computer and my Palm TX, even when fiddling with the different buttons on the TX itself.

On the other hand, via its USB port, my laptop recharges the TX very efficiently and, when mated, the Cradle and the TX look like one....the fit is impeccable, and its lines, color, and texture match the TX perfectly. Also, the Cradle has 4 rubber or plastic 'feet' on its bottom, and is weighty enough to sit still on a desktop without the TX and the Cradle sliding around.

The blue LED is very bright and performs nicely as a night-light and also shows quite clearly where the stylus is; the LED is so bright that, if it *had* been situated facing forward, I have no doubt many people would quickly find it objectionable.

The included (detachable) AC cord plugs neatly into the rear of the Cradle for a fast recharge; my HP laptop trickle charges the TX battery via its USB connection when the AC cord is removed. Of course, you can simply plug in the AC cord to power, or recharge the TX, even when a USB connection is unavailable.

Overall, I like the Cradle; I would rate it tops if it had been provided with a Hotsync button.

1 out of 5 stars Avoid this Company!!.......2006-03-31

Bought a cell phone battery from this company and it was defective and died ONE WEEK after their return/replacement deadline. Shouldn't a cell phone battery last longer than a month?? They refuse to refund or replace. They are a shady company and I'll never do business with them again and will warn others to do the same.
