This unit is compatible with both DVD-RW, which is rewritable repeatedly and DVD-R, which is available for recording once. Also, this unit allows you to record to the videocassette tape. You can choose either one for your convenience.You can program the unit to record up to 8 programs, up to a year in advance. Daily or weekly program recordings are also available.When connecting the unit to an amplifier or a decoder, which is compatible with Dolby Digital, you are allowed to experience the theater surround sound from discs with surround sound system.Unlike conventional interlace scanning, the progressive scan system provides less flickering and images in higher resolution than that of traditional television signals.

The V-LCD5.6-PRO is a 5.6 color monitor with built-in speaker and reverse image capability. The V-LCD5.6-PRO adds a new dimension of clarity in viewing video signals in mobile and fixed monitoring applications. It is equipped with sound, color, contrast and brightness controls. This monitor also has a earphone plug for private sound monitoring. The mirror-image function on this unit makes it ideal for RV's or buses with a camera to view behind while backing up. An optional battery pack (V-BP12-LCD) is available for field use. Rechargeable battery pack can power monitor for up to 1 hr. and 20 mins. Comes complete with built-in tilt stand, adapter cables and power supply. An optional swivel stand is also available separately, (V-LCD4-ST).
