I first learned about external multi card readers from my Sister. When I purchased the PPA External Multi Card Reader, I found out why she liked them so much. Pop the memory card out of your camera and pop it into the multi card reader. Windows XP immediately gives you choices as to how you would like to view what's on the card. From that point, it's easy to save to your hard drive. Why would anybody want to download from a camera, or use a docking station, when it's so easy to use an external multi card reader.
