I have been using this item for around 2 months for now and it has been very good. I have another 250 GB Seagate Drive, and compared to it, this drive (Maxtor) provides faster access. It also comes with a slim design.
In all, its very good for the price.

This unit failed for me. The reason is that it does not work with the Windows XP system - a fact I did not learn until I had the unit and lost data trying to get it to work. Definitely not for an XP system!!
