Awesome machine.......2007-01-17

Just picked this up after my Acer died 3 days out of the box, and I have to say that I'm in love. First off, the computer looks and feels great; the keyboard, touchpad, and ports all have a solid, sturdy feel to them, and look beautiful to boot. It's blazing fast- when I press the "on" button on the remote (which I also love) the machine starts in seconds, and I can play games like Half Life 2 and Prey with the graphics maxed out without noticing lag. The volume and playback controls are set up as Star Trek-like buttons on the top of the keyboard, and work well. The only cons that I can mention are that the thing is beautiful, but all of the gleaming glossy surfaces are a magnet for dust and fingerprints (don't worry, a cloth screen wipe is included).

It's another "sleeper", inexpensive for what it brings along.
A very fast machine, not big in size, but that's what I want, small form factor.
Actually, a very good cost/benefit ratio from the folks at HP.
