Well worth $5.00 shipping. The holder took about 2 days to "break in" so that the edges of the phone case stopped sticking. The trick is to push the tab and slide the phone up to get it out. It does not work to pull the phone out and away from you. The whole point is to prevent the phone from falling out. It is very secure and is one of the best holders for the price.

The phone snaps in & holds very well. But since the phone is so thin & the release tab is fairly strong, I can't get the phone off with one hand unless I struggle with it. That's no good for me and I'm not using it. Not worth returning so it's is a desk drawer.

I've had this for a few days now, and have been very happy with this product. It's a simple and functional product that securely holds the phone to your belt but without fully 'encapsulating' the front of your phone. The resistance on the swivel ratchet and the belt clip action feel just right. Well designed product that is a steal at under $3. I wouldn't be surprised if the same item were sold at brick & mortar retail stores for $15 to $20.
