Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Worst phone I've ever had.......2007-03-21

This phone was a total disappointment. The camera is worthless, the sound quality is bad, and the antenna is awkward. To make matters worst, it died about four months after I got it.
I would never recommend buying this phone, or other Pantech phones.

1 out of 5 stars Horrible audio.......2007-01-09

If you're looking for a low-quality phone, then this is the perfect phone for you. It has the worst audio quality I've had on any phone I've ever used. Some conversations are actually impossible to have because the incoming sound doesn't have a volume that makes it possible to understand. I've been completely dissatisfied with this phone. The camera is pointless also. Texting is only possible if you're committed to punching each key easily. I have no idea how this phone is worth $200. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

3 out of 5 stars It's functional.......2006-08-31

If you are looking for a phone to simply make and receive calls, and send text messages, then this will work just fine for you. If you are one of those people who wants a lot of extra cool stuff, don't buy this one. It is a cheap phone. The camera does work, but it doesn't take the best pictures.

If you ever break or lose a part, like your charger, forget getting a replacement at your local phone/verizon stores: they don't carry anything for this phone. I broke my charger, and I went to 4 different places, all telling me it was an older model and they don't carry stuff for it. So you are forced to purchase replacement parts from the Verizon website, and they ARE NOT CHEAP.

Another thing that gets me about this phone is how it locks up on occassion. I will be in the middle of sending a text message, and my phone will just freeze up. I have to shut it off, sometimes I have to even remove the battery to turn it off, before it will work again. It doesn't happen all the time, but it has happened at really bad moments, and it's annoying.

The buttons can be hard to push, because they're flat. They have almost no click to them, which makes it tiresome to text because they are so flat you end up hitting the one above it or next to it or it just doesn't even register at all that you pushed it! I like the buttons that stick up, that have a real nice solid click to them.

If you are wanting a phone to carry in your car or purse in case of an emergency, it will work just fine. If you have dreams of impressing your friends with your amazing new phone, it ain't gonna happen. Needless to say, I'm shopping for a new phone and I've only had this one for about 6 months.

1 out of 5 stars A no-frills South Korean phone that doesn't work.......2006-08-03

This South Korean phone sucks. It has no good features, it's made cheaply, and the camera barely works. Verizon Wireless is good at bringing crappy phones to its customers. Of course, many people like their network quality (which is good in most areas except NY and LA, as far as I know from firsthand experience). But their phone selection really sucks... although they do have some cool Moto phones.
