CD synchro start helps record custom music mixes on cassette, and auto-scan tuning sets presets for you (12 FM, 12 AM) when powering up for the first time. Full auto stop saves batteries and cassette wear by shutting down when a tape reaches its end (or beginning, if you've just rewound), while CD cue and review controls help zero in on just the section you're looking for.

For extra spaciousness and visceral power, the boombox boasts a 1.6-inch center speaker as well as two four-inch main speakers.
