I switched from Sprint to have cooler phone options. My phone rocks, but the service does not come close. There are dead spots all over the city and I drop calls very frequently. If you buy though Amazon I don't think you can use the 2 week return policy... normally they allow you to return the phone if you find that it doesn't work in areas you frequent. Unfortunately I got this phone around the holidays and was out of town during my two week "trial" period so I never even investiaged this. Be sure to look into it if you live in Chicago...
