This recorder's internal memory stores up to 1 hour and 14 minutes of voice dictation, and removable SmartMedia memory cards can expand capacity up to 3 hours and 42 minutes of recording time. Use the recorder's serial connector to download dictation directly to a PC, where it can be transcribed, e-mailed, electronically transferred, or archived.

Features include three recording speeds and full editing functions that allow you to insert passages, delete passages, apply index marks, and highlight key passages. Keypad controls include power, pause, insert, record, play, rewind, fast-forward, delete, folder, and menu. The VTR 3200's recordings are compatible with leading voice-to-text software, and sophisticated file protocols allow interface with database systems.

Voice It Link software is included to make downloading a breeze. This recorder comes with a DB-9 connector cable and Voice It Link software. It is covered by a 90-day warranty.
