The speaker will make it easy to monitor things you've just recorded, but if you need privacy, you can plug a pair of headphones (optional) into the lineout jack. This machine also sports a built-in condenser microphone. So, all you'll need to do is buy a couple of AA batteries and a cassette to start enjoying on-the-go recording. The unit offers long recording time (up to 24-hours) with two "AA" alkaline batteries while 3-LED battery-level indicator lets you know when batteries are low. Other features include VAS (Voice-Activated System) that starts recording when you start speaking, Auto-stop, Pause control, Cue and review control and External microphone jack.
