Pine offers its award winning technology in an affordable package. The D'Music 300T is a MP3 based CD player that plays both CDs with MP3 files and audio CD's. It is portable, easy to use, and uses cutting edge technology that provides over 10 hours of non-stop music in a single unit.The D'Music 300T plays ordinary audio CD's and CD-Recordable compact disks. It is compatible with the MP3 (MPEG 1 Audio Layer 3) standard, which means that it supports bit-rates from 32 up to 320 Kbps. The 1 Bit D/A (Digital to Analog) converter and the Digital filter that uses eight times over-sampling provides high quality audio output. Since the D'Music 300T is compatible with audio CDs, it provides all of the programming modes that are standard on portable CD players. Repeat Track Mode plays the same song repeatedly. Repeat All Mode plays the whole CD repeatedly. Program Mode allows the user to program up to twenty-two individual songs for a custom playlist. Random Mode randomly chooses a playlist using the whole CD. The Bass Boost feature enhances bass sound for enhanced listening enjoyment. The Hold feature disables the use of all of the buttons so that the user cannot accidentally change any function.

Nice little speedy drive.......2007-03-11

This drive has a very nice design. There is a blue LED inside the body which you can't see unless it is powered. I like the cap variations and the size factor. I don't like that much the too long neck strap, I could do with a much shorter one just for my hand. The drive is quite small and smooth so if you have sweaty fingers it is difficult to pull the drive out of the USB port.
The reading speed is the promised 12MB/sec but I got only between 4-5MB/sec for writing. It still, however, by far surpasses the minimum needed for the Vista's ReadyBoost, although I haven't tried it. A 730MB file took 2:50 to write and only 1:00 to read. No drivers needed.
For a little over $20 this is a great drive. I recommend it.
