The CPST-2521's small size and 2.5-inch color, high-resolution LTPS (low-temperature poly-silicon) LCD panel makes it a perfect companion for sports events, camping, dorm rooms, or other places. With its 201 x 696-pixel screen, the unit offers substantially higher resolution than other handheld sets of comparable size. And, at roughly 3 x 5 x 1 inches, the TV slips easily into any purse or jacket pocket.

Other features include an instant onscreen display and auto channel tuning. A set of audio/video input jacks lets you use the set as a monitor for a DVD player, VCR, camcorder, digital camera, or gaming console, while a monaural earphone jack affords private listening using optional headphones. There's also a jack for an external antenna, though a telescoping antenna comes built-in.

The set runs on 4 AA batteries (not included), either alkalines or rechargeables, and it has an input for an AC/DC power adapter.
