Scanner is one of a new generation of scanners designed to track Motorola
Type 1, Type 11 (such as Smartnet and Privacy Plug, GE/Ericsson EDACS),
and hybrid analog trunking systems, which are extensively used in many 800
MHz, 900 MHz and UHF communications systems.The scanner also lets you scan conventional transmissions, and is
preprogrammed with service-search banks for convenience. By pressing a
single button, you can quickly search those frequencies most commonly used
by public service and other agencies without tedious and complicated
programming.
