The DPA-1.2 is a high-current, high-quality amplifier, which includes automatic A/B switching. The DPA-1.2 two-channel amplifier will amplify a source at the sensing line input or the sensing speaker level input. Switching between a default audio source and a local source, the DPA-1.2 is ideally suited for those applications that require automatic switching and amplification. The DPA-1.2 power output per channel is 35 Watts per channel into 8 ohms, and 45 Watts into 6 ohms. Bridged output provides 70 Watts of power into 8 ohms. Each amplifier output channel incorporates thermal, and short circuit protection and Russound's unique dynamic clipping sensor that allows for better headroom and volume without clipping or distortion.
