Ladies Atomic Watch Waveceptor by Casio features the accuracy of radio controlled time for the lady on the go. The tone on tone silver dial is a combination of analog hands and numerals with digital information such as day, date and second. The stainless steel bezel measures 32mm in diameter and is nicely accented with a white leather wristband.

Practical & Attractive Atomic Ladies Watch.......2007-04-26

After a painstaking search for an Atomic Ladies watch that is analog/digital, I came upon this one. It is contemporary, comfortable, attractive, water resistant to 50 m, and the white band works well with most outfits. Casio has another atomic watch under their Baby-G line with a resin wrist strap, but I don't think it is as attractive of face. I wish it was solar!

Although I was originally looking for an atomic ladies watch that had a solar battery, I found that very difficult (almost impossible) to find.

The standard offering for Casio in the USA (outside of their Oceanus line) has one current line of both atomic/solar ladies watches and it is very difficult to find a seller for them. They are only analog and their faces are mediocre in style. There was another model that was discontinued, with stainless band and frame, similar to the G-Shock but under G-ms, which my husband referred to as a "man watch" as it was barely smaller than his watch and not less manly of style.

In summary, the atomic ladies watches that I found browsing the internet were from Casio, Oceanus (a very expensive Casio brand which has an analog line) & NYSW. Casio in Europe has a line of pretty ladies solar atomic analog watches called "Felite," but only some of the ladies watches in that line will tune to the frequency of the atomic tower in the U.S. Casio in Japan also carries a line of Baby-G's that are digital, atomic, solar, and of a square face. The Japanese Casios appear to work worldwide for the atomic towers, likely designed that way for international travelers.
