The powerful little system includes a CD player, a integrated amplifier and tuner, stereo bookshelf speakers.

The D-F101MB receiver and CD player have a space-saving depth of just 9.8 inches and luxurious aluminum front panels. The receiver's remote control also operates the main functions of the CD player. The receiver also features an FM/AM tuner with 40 station presets.

The system inherits the high-quality engineering found in high-end Denon amps, including discrete amplifier outputs for clear stereo separation, a large transformer for robust yet stable power (an impressive 70 watts x 2 into the supplied Mission bookshelf speakers), a high-capacity heat sink, and parts strictly selected for their contribution to sound quality.
