Not Bad At All.......2007-05-18
I read the above review before deciding to purchase anyway. I owned an iPAQ a few years back and I found that once you get used to a cradle, it isn't as hard as the first few days. Well I got this boxwave today (mine has the spare battery charger, though). I was able to align it exactly right the first time and a dozen times following that. And it charges both the spare battery and the 8525 at the same time using only the USB cable. I think I read elsewhere that the spare battery was only charged with a second cable for AC. I only give it four out of five stars because they did need to accommodate the camera button. The cradle needs a little cut-out in that area. You wind up launching the camera app quite often when you bump the button with the crade. Might turn that one off and only access the camera through the menu. Not sure yet...
Very difficult getting phone to sit in cradle.......2007-05-07
It took from 5 to 10 seconds to get the phone to sit in the cradle. It was difficult to line up the male connector in the cradle with the female socket in the phone. Also, when I discovered that the cable that comes with the phone charges and syncs, I decided the advantage of having the phone vertical in the cradle was far outweighed by the difficulty in seating the phone. I threw out the cradle.
