AudioSource's Project One compact loudspeakers may look a little like potatoes, but they couldn't be farther from garden-variety speakers. The Project Ones offer the convenience of tiny bookshelf speakers with the quality sound of much pricier models and the flexibility of gymnasts.

The speakers can stand upright or on their sides thanks to their pivoting gimbal stands. You can dispense with the gimbal stands altogether if you want to mount them on your wall or your trellis--they're designed for outdoor use as well.

Whether you're using them for home theater satellites or for auditioning MP3s in the den, we're sure you'll be amazed at how much bass these babies deliver--and how natural is their overall sonic presentation. Even with dynamic music containing much deeper bass than the Project Ones are capable of delivering, the speakers kick out clean, low-distortion sound.

Not REALLY a true MP4 video player, but still a great "Dick Tracy" watch!.......2007-05-15

This is kind of a "Dick Tracy" type watch...I like it and use it a lot! 4 stars only because of the strange MP4 video file format and lack of Mac-friendliness!

Great price on this item, I paid 50% off same item offered by Hammacher Schlemmer, and theirs was twice the price with HALF the memory (only 1GB). Works as advertised, cool animated "computer-like" interface menus for each function, the watch's time display is wild and futuristic! It's made in China and the English instruction manual is very strangely written!

Only problem with the VIDEO PLAYER part of this is that the MP4 video file format that this unit plays is a really weird obscure PC-only "SMV" (Smith Micro Video) format, I cannot use the supplied PC converter software (which comes on one of those really tiny CDs) since I have only Macs. I am trying to find a way to convert my MP4s from the Mac to this strange SMV format. I was very disappointed that I couldn't play my native MP4s on this watch!

However, when watch is plugged into USB using supplied cable, it appears as hard drive on Mac with appropriate folders for video, music, voice. etc. so you can "drag'n'drop" files directly onto it--great MP3 music player WITH EQUALIZER SETTINGS & voice recorder with microphone, fits tons of MP3s/data into the allotted 2GB. I have over 600 MP3s loaded on it! The MP3s sound awesome with headphones or on a home stereo, I can even play this directly into my six-speaker car audio system -- amazing sound!

You can also use it as a portable data drive for transferring computer files!

Watch band itself is HUGE and kind of clunky, hard to keep on if you're very active...
