I've used this unit for several days. It is very difficult to plug in the Blackberry and even tougher to remove it due to the tightness and alignment of the mini-USB connector. If you leave your BB on the stand for extended periods, it may be OK, but if you need to remove it, for a call as an example, you may struggle. I am returning mine becuase it is really not practical.
