I own this product and have used it for 1 month. It is an excellent product:

Pro's:
1) True Plug and Play - You can use it with any PC without any installation
2) Seamless integration with Skype
3) Allows you to hear computer sounds (including music and movies) if you want
4)High Quality sound for user and other person
5) Comfortable to wear & long battery life
6) Headset can link with any bluetooth cell phone (up to 8 I think)
7) The Bluetooth Dongle can link with any Bluetooth headset - ie you can use your current bluetooth headset with the dongle if you prefer
8)Headset can switch between IP calls and cell Phone calls by pressing "receive call" button on headset

Con's:
1)Bluetooth Dongle only has memory to link with one headset at a time - Minor issue as Pairing function (dongle to headset) is one step and easy.
2)It would be nice if the Dongle had a small flash memory in which Skype U3 was installed. Then it would be a true "play & play" portable Skype system.
