Designed to tonally match any of Mission's m3i series speakers in a home theater installation, the center speaker owes its crisp audio performance to its twin 3.93-inch DiaDrive woofers, which reveal the full energy of the audio signal, along with the excellent dynamic range and precise bandwidth of its 1-inch high-frequency Viotex fabric dome tweeter. Nearly as satisfying is the speaker's stylish black finish and slim profile, which help the speaker fit on or near almost any TV, or even mounted on a wall near a plasma monitor for a sleeker overall presentation.

The m3c1i also boasts an i-series crossover, which takes into account the baffle diffraction effect to give a more open and detailed midrange performance, with superior integration between the drivers for smoother treble output. The crossovers are wired with Mission's special HP-OFC (high-purity oxygen-free copper) cable, which features dedicated bass and treble formulations to further enhance the audio clarity. Meanwhile, the speaker's five-way gold-plated binding posts guarantee a pure, distortion-free signal that won't degrade over time.

A final bonus stems from the m3c1i's magnetic shielding, which protects against electromagnetic interference from nearby TVs and video monitors.
