The speaker owes its topnotch performance to its quartet of 4.5-inch polymer composite woofers with Butyl rubber surrounds and 1-inch silk/polymer composite dome tweeter. The drivers combine to create a wide, distortion-free midrange--even at high volume levels--and clear, detailed highs with lifelike imaging. The overall frequency response checks in at 42 Hz to 26 kHz.

The quality is further enhanced by the patented PowerPort bass venting technology, which extends and strengthens the lower midrange performance to ensure a seamless blend with the subwoofer output.
