Refurbished not done right.......2007-03-30

I have bought refurbished computers in the past and never had any trouble with them. This is the first time. It was broken when I got it and never worked. They sent me two different recovery CD's which never worked. I ended up having to send it back to the factory to be fixed and I don't have it back yet! I bought it from a place that would not take it back so be sure when you buy a computer that you can return it if it doesn't work right.
