5 out of 5 stars Recomended.......2003-03-13

Its actually a pretty interesting collection of poetry. i enjoyed reading into the minds of these talented young poets. i thought the majority of pieces were well written while others were not so well. i personally enjoyed reading the conflicting political minds of these poets. well written pieces that come to mind are: the Slaying of America, the Troubled Renassance man, I Will Not Stand, Damn this shade, and That was Someone Else's. post 9-11, i bet "I Will Not Stand" stirs up a lot of contavercy being that the writer of the peice is a Middle Eastern teen criticizing American affairs and America's "terrible" history. i recomend this book for anyone who would like to read a mixing of different poetic styles and topics.
