About the Artist
In addition to trumpeter Fred Adams, the Philadelphia Heritage Art Ensemble's front line consists of saxophonist James Stewart and trombonist Clifford Adams, with the piano of Sid Simmons leading an all-star rhythm section featuring Craig McIver on drums as well as the dearly departed (and sorely missed) bassist James "Hicks" Glenn in his final recording appearance.
