"...the performance is stellar and the vibe is gripping" - Dan McAvinchey, Guitar Nine Records

Product Description
PULSE is the debut release from guitarist Linda Taylor, "LT". A self-produced, mostly self-performed work of instrumental funk, the album draws upon LT’s background in R&B and funk, while showcasing her blues driven guitar playing and her jazz-based harmonies. From the soul-drenched epic, “Baby Blue” to the angular “Kanji To Me” through the Curtis/MeShell influenced “Can’t Complain”, LT’s playing marries the freedom of jazz with the foundation of soul, into a fusion that can only be described as “MonkFunk”.
