About the Artist
Stan Breckenridge is a musicologist, author, teacher, lecturer, recording and performing artist. He holds a Ph.D. in musicology, and is on the faculty of the Afro-Ethnic Studies department at California State University, Fullerton. Dr. Breckenridge is an international lecturer and performance artist with previous engagements in Hungary, throughout Japan and the United States.
His recording and performance engagements have led to appearances with or for personalities such as Bill Cosby, Jerry Lewis, Greg Morris, Martha Reeves, Sam Riddle, David Ruffin, Rowan & Martin, Avery Schrieber, Nancy Sinatra, O.C. Smith, John Travolta, John Wayne, and many others.
