Dallas guitar stylist Kubek and his band marshal their forces to show that the confidently expansive mood of Stevie Ray Vaughan endures. Kubek and vocalist/guitarist B'nois King discipline their interplay, with the latter's singing warmer than a sip of middle-shelf scotch, and bassist Greg Wright and drummer Phil Campbell know how to push the beat in that special sagebrush fashion.
