Moanin' All Over

Blind Lemon is the "father" of the blues, after all, he taught Robert Johnson. His intelligent and masterful guitar work, not-so-vague sexual innuendos and powerful vocal delivery had the blues spinning on Victrolas across America. This album, taken from sides recorded in the 1920s, was mastered directly from Paramount 78s with each track sonically cleansed with the Cedar 2 system. Blind Lemon's most famous song,"The Black Snake Moan," is included in this survey of the first master of the blues.
