I was born on April 14, 1938 in Lake Village Arkansas. I started playing harmonica in 1952, switched to bass, to rhythm guitar to lead guitar. I started with Earl Hooker, Willie Woods who was Junior Walkers guitar player, and Charle Bookers guitar player. Also played with Oscar Baby Jones, Curtiss Johnson, Gene Hampton and Jackie Ivory in South Bend in 1952.

Its the real Blues, beginning in Arkansas, Memphis, Tennessee and the Mississippi Delta. Out of the cotton fields of the homefolk. Folk Blues with rhythm and guitar, harmonica, bass, rhythm guitar, drums and synthesizer. With the soul food feeling.
