Durham -based keyboardist and vocalist Bobby Hinton has been performing for audiences around the world providing a taste of American down-home singing for audiences worldwide. His repertories includes a mix of blues and R&B with a shot of Country Rock.

After a tour of the Far East during the 1970's, Hinton toured Eurpoe where he worked with top entertainers like the The O'jays, James Brown, Bobby Blue Bland and Bobby Womack.

In the 1980's Hinton gave up actively performing after retiring from the military; however, he continued to write original music. Bobby rejoined the entertainment world he loved in the early 1990's.

Bobby's voice remains as rich as ever. On stage, he joined by Shades of Blue Band. They have an incredible rapport with each other that comes across in their soul-filled performance. Clearly this band is no stranger to performing.
