Editorial Reviews In September 2001, Rustie was nominated for Female Vocalist Of The Year, and her album, "That Oughta Do It," was nominated Album Of The Year in Indie Tracker Magazine. Rustie has been in many publications such as "Southern Country," The South's No. 1 British Country Music Magazine, Country Music Round-Up,Country Gazette, Holland's largest magazine, COVER OF January 2002 Issue of H.E.E.T. Magazine, and many more! Rustie has also made numerous TV Appearances such as Fox 28 WTTE, Nashville Video Showcase, and the well known "Bingo Show," which is broadcasted on TV Danmark 2, across the entire country and also seen in Greenland! Rustie has just released her second album entitled, "Enter At Your Own Risk," which is a mix of Traditional Country with a bluesy sound! Rustie's first single on her new album, "Who's She To You," which hit the air waves in January 2002, has already been receiving an enormous amount of airplay and spent 8 weeks in the E.M.S. European Chart and peaked at #17. Rustie's second release, "On and On and On" went to #1 on the "Hot Country Singles Chart" in May of 2002! In Feb of 2002, Rustie went on her first European Tour with Gary Bradshaw of Western Heart Promotions, (WHP), and traveled to such countries as Denmark, Belgium, Hamburg Germany, and Holland, which was a huge success for Rustie ,and due to her success, she was added to Star Music International's American Artist Roster, a Norwegian Booking Agency, after they say Rustie peform in Fredericshavn Denmark! Rustie will be heading to New Zealand in March/Arpil of 2003, and she has many more thinks in the works! If all of this were not enough, Rustie Blue is also well known for her high energy show and tribute to Dolly Parton in the "Center Stage Legends In Concert Show." Rustie is DYNAMIC ON STAGE AS DOLLY, WHICH SPILLS OVER FROM HER BUBBLY PERSONALITY AS HERSELF! If I would have to sum up Rustie Blue in a few sentences, I would have to say this gal knows whos she is, what she wants, and where she's going! Blue expresses alot of passion for ENTERTAINING, and it comes natural with boundless enthusiasm on stage for her fans! She is as the "Eagle Gazette" recently described her, TRUE BLUE!

Rustie Blue was born and raised in the Southeastern part of Ohio, U.S.A., and grew up surrounded by Country Music! She started singing at a very early age, and by the time she was 8 years old, she was singing at her local fairs. Rustie's love for Country Music lead her to many great things over the years; Rustie has opened for such great artists has Whispering Bill Anderson, Aaron Tippin, Daryle Singletary, Jeff Carson, Rhett Akins, and David Lee Murphy to name a few. Rustie has enjoyed much success with her debut album, "That Oughta Do It," with her hit single "I'm Dropping Tears," which climbed to number #7 in August of 2001 on the Worldwide Mainstream Chart (for most played artists), which was Rustie's first single released to the overseas market and has opened many doors for Rustie.
