Album Description
Collection of original music by Neal Corwell for blend of solo brass (euphonium &/or tuba) with synthesizers, samplers, guitar & (wordless) voices. Style is unique blend of classical, world music, and new age styles. Instrumentation ranges from muted solo (euphonium) with guitar, to brass duo w/synthesizers, to 8-part brass ensemble, and to one track for synthesizers alone. Moods range from quiet and contemplative to primally aggressive. Some tracks are virtuosic, while others are simple and lyrical.
