About the Artist
Matt and Dave play in and around the Santa Fe, New Mexico area. They are originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where they met working in a restaurant and began playing music in their spare time. There they played open mics and the occasional paid gig until relocating in 1997 (Matt to San Francisco, Dave to Santa Fe).

After completing a program in Sound Recording and Engineering at San Francisco State University, Matt moved to Santa Fe and the duo quickly gained a name for themselves playing around town. They enlisted drummer Ray Ack (Bo Diddly, Ronnie Spector, Leslie West) to play drums on their initial project and local musician Stephen Foster to play bass. This is their first major recording project and they are already making plans to record a full length CD in the Spring of 2002 with the help of fellow Western Pennsylvanian Brad Misciagna taking over duties on bass.
