Album Description
Francesco Barsanti (1690-1772) was one of the many extraordinary Italian instrumentalists virtuosi and composers who throughout the 18th century, traveling across the whole of Europe, contributed in a decisive way to the definitive success of instrumental music and the formation of an international language. The ensemble I Fiori Musicali consists of two recorders, basso continuo and other instruments specializing in the repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries, alone and in conjunction with other chamber groups.
