Music from Minkus Ludwig Minkus was the composer of such beloved ballets as Don Quixote, La Bayadere, and Paquita. His music is light and dancey and very likable: a natural for ballet class. Many of the variations and dances included here are New York City classroom classics. Minkus splendid music has been arranged tastefully by Doug Schultz in ballet class format.
