These pieces explore texture and timbres from straight-up classical guitar to the extended techniques of spectralist Tristan Murail; a piece for acoustic guitar and tape by Chris Mercer; a witty, innovative piece by Helmut Lachenmann; and an interactive piece for electric guitar and computerized effects by the duo's own Derek Keller.
